Jocelyn said that the pancake was so good that it made the day worth living! I liked the texture of the pancake, and the flavor combination of the compote and the brown butter. One large thick cake-like pancake was filled with roasted pineapple, and topped with sour cherry compote and brown butter. The Buttermilk Pancake was a special treat. My friend Jenny told me that her French Toast was so incredible that she actually had a dream about it that night. When we were there in early November, the French Toast was made with pumpkin brioche, caramelized apples, candied pecans and served with a side of sausage.
